- When you get somewhere safe, wash/shower off in LUKEWARM water (hot water may reactivate the irritant - learned this one the hard way in 2020)

1/2 CHEMICAL IRRITANTS:

- Flush eyes with eye wash made for the purpose
- If you can't get eye wash, SALINE contact solution (not reg contact solution) is a good alternative
- Oil-based irritants (pepper spray) can be better washed out with tearless baby shampoo heavily diluted in CLEAN water
