The counting stats are going to look really nice for Fears, Cooper, and Kohler after this game but man, they’ve messed up a lot of little things today

Michigan’s entire lead is free throws. For as bad as MSU has looked on offense, they’ve made things as difficult for Michigan when they aren’t getting bailed out by the whistles

In a normal game, Izzo doesn’t put the seniors in like that, and it’s a double digit win. Pikiell was trying to take advantage of Izzo doing something nice for his guys, that’s the only reason it’s close. That’s bush league
(It was also pretty bush league for Pikiell to have his starters go hard at MSU’s walkon seniors in a basically over game)
