I'm officially at the point where forgetting my airpods at home feels like I'm missing a tooth all day in the office.
For me: PDF for stuff I don't want people to (easily) alter, or if re-distributing someone else's work, Doc for stuff that I want them to take back and use in their own practice. Put all of it in a google drive for easy saving. Digital stuff can be made into paper, but not the other way around.

honestly it kinda sounds like they're about a decade behind the curve of "things my superintendent heard about at a leadership conference and convinced the district we HAD to spend money on"
