With the Senedd elections just round the corner, we believe education in Wales should be an election issue. That's why we are launching the Impact Wales Education Manifesto today.
We call on decision-makers to:
Fund schools properly: School budgets are at an all time low.
My list of cultural, ethical, legal, etc., articles was getting a bit long, and some of them overlapped, so I've put them in a database; it's easier to update and you can search by theme. It's a bit crude, but I'll refine it once I know how I want to use it!

The Curriculum for Wales has been taught for over two years. I can't say about other subjects, but it's very different from ICT. Nothing is able to be reused or adapted for the new curriculum. Lots of flexibility and far more interesting.
There is also the Digital Competency Framework which is a cross curricular. Covers digital citizenship, collaboration, digital production, computational thinking and data modelling.
Science & Technology area includes all sciences, engineering and technology. Technology focus is on algorithms, programming, physical computing, cyber security and data science.
There's no ICT in Wales, been gone a couple of years after England. There's Computer Science and Digital Technology at GCSE and A Level. The Curriculum for Wales is very different. No individual subjects but six areas of learning, like faculties.
