I was a project manager and developer for Tasty Minstrel Games for 5 years and now for the last 5 years have worked for Grey Fox Games as a project manager, fulfillment supervisor, playtest overseer, convention coordinator, and probably a dozen more tasks.
I mean other than Last Light, Champions of Midgard, After the Empire, Deception: Murder in Hong Kong, Reavers of Midgard...those are way better than D&D!!!

Picked this up on a recommendation. Comparisons to Stephen King are accurate. Very accurate. Including the story kind of falling apart at the end.
Still enjoyable and kept me wanting to find out how it ended. Burned through it in a couple of days.
Told my 13 year old son goodnight and gave him a hug and his forehead kiss like I have been doing all of his life.
As I left his room, he said "you wanna play a boardgame tomorrow night dad?"

I get to play D&D tonite with a bunch of guys I have known (and played with) for decades.
So that is awesome.
It is a very odd deduction game. You pick a suspect/time and a place and you get a piece of info for yourself, and a piece of information for everyone else.
You eventually figure out the time and place the person was killed and you make your guess
