I really wish everyone would quit focusing on "poorly trained." Because, 1) do we have any evidence they are not doing exactly what they were trained to do? and 2) providing more/different training will not resolve anything.

Little Deeliebob has been building so much bravery around strangers! This past weekend, she went to another disc competition with me and played some new games. She also got to practice interacting with strangers by waving at them, which gives her a way to learn about people while feeling safe.
The other thing we are working on. The very, very hardest thing to do in the whole wide world: put the Frisbee in my hand 😅😂🥏
Guess which little beeper baby is learning to do a through-my-legs Frisbee switcheroo. Guess.

It's official, this little beast has earned his AKC Disc Dog Platinum title 🥰 He is currently (still!) the only papillon to have earned any AKC disc titles 🥏
She loves her kitty 💜 He's the only other animal in the house she grooms or even cuddles with, really.

Being the best little disc dogs and roadtrip companions is hard work!
Drove down toward Austin yesterday to play some disc. Everyone did phenomenally, despite a day of rain. Rosie earned her second Unobtanium Up – just one more & she'll have her Disc Dog Unobtanium title! Deelie also did great, but Cheaters was the star of the day, with several personal bests.
