long story short

It's an elephant

My dad and my friend's dad never met, but they were similar people. We've often talked about them hanging out together in the afterlife.

My aunt died last year and the last time my mom visited her, she was talking about 'them coming but it wasn't time'. My friend's mom looked into a corner of her hospital room & talked to the people there right before she died.
I completely believe that our circle is there for us (all of the time)

Finally watched the TTPD Eras tour set on Disney while on the elliptical. Highly recommend Female Rage: the Musical if you want to get your heart rate up. Apparently, the whole thing about being unable to sing above certain heart rates is only partially true. I managed to scream sing appropriately

Random memory ... I was in line in the Edmonton airport to get coffee one morning, and the guy behind me told me that I looked exactly like Kathryn Janeway (he used both her character name and her real name). I don't see it, but this made me laugh at the memory😀

I have watched this shot approximately 10 times now and it impresses me every time!

And as someone who is awake naturally between 4 & 5 every day ... you are missing out.

The nerds who spend a lot of time following Health Science, particularly sleep science will not shut up. I am one of them. Screwing with everyone's circadian rhythms is a really bad idea

I thought that's what your post meant, but I wasn't sure if it was just a rebrand or a rebuild. I stayed in the Mirage the last time I was in Vegas. It wasn't my favorite, but it was a great location

The puddle mist was drifting over the sidewalk even with no vehicle passing through the puddle! I was speckled with road mud from head to toe when I got home but no big splashes. I hate those

It isn't much, but if you are sitting a lot, I have a cubii under desk elliptical. I pedal during meetings. At least it keeps the legs moving.
I know you travel a lot though and that doesn't help.

Crossing the High-Level bridge yesterday was an adventure; today, I don't think I'd even want to attempt it if these winds pick up as much as forecasted
