My husband and I were born and bred in Scotland and moved here once married. Our children were born here and consider themselves Australian. All 3 say there soul soars when the go to Scotland. I think having strong contacts with people and place are part of why they feel this way.

Were you born in UK? If you were they are eligible. If you were born here and received your dual citizenship because of your British parentage, then no, they are not eligible.
