If that isn't done after this season we will be back here sooner than we would like. Sadly I don't trust our owners to know the sharp end of a knife and thus my optimism is severely dented.

Thanks chaps. I'm at a point where I fear the worst but hope for the best. Regardless of the outcome we MUST do with the organisation and squad, what has been done with the stadium and training ground. Say farewell to the old and build a sustainable club with a short and long-term plan in place.
At first I thought you described Spurs first team playing football.
Take care, all the best and hope you get better soon.
It's almost as if the ๐คก dictator of USA hasn't got a clue what he's doing.
I'm not entirely convinced that our home form is stellar... Then again what is?
I've seen nothing that suggests we have any chance of beating either of them, but maybe something can happen that will turn it fortunes around.
Sociedad these days. Watching them play against A Mafrid tonight (losing 2-3) there's such a difference in player mentality between Spurs & Sociedad. If Spurs play like we normally do these days, we'll be humiliated against Atletico Madrid.
If you play without energy and structure AtM will eat you
Last year I had the chance to visit Real Sociedad academy Zubieta for six days, and I really fell in love with the way they work. It's not perfect but in terms of player development and a heuristic approach to players they are spot on.
Spurs has held my heart since -78 but a ventricle belongs to
Certainly apt today...we're truly tested in the darkest of times.
What the fuck is that?
Thanks I'll be watching every game we've played this season. Will be great enjoyment :-)
Having just a big hotel breakfast with the family. Now off to 70.min massage, boardgaming and then a dinner with family and grandchildren.
Well. It's grim. Hard. Tough. It's my birthday so I flee

Add to that a toxic fan base (not detected at you).
Change for Tottenham got what they wanted
I can but hope that we get to see Kinsky, Byfield, Gray, Bergvall, Souza, Moore, William-Barnett and other youngsters being captained by Madders and that Danso and Solanke stay on to be heroes.
...but I fear we'll have nothing left.
Relegation will be a disaster for us IF there isn't a complete overhaul. We lack a short term and long term strategy, our current decision makers (or what the fuck they call themselves) knows nothing about football, and our recruitment department didn't know what to look for.
Have happily missed this game but as optimistic as I try to be there is no fucking way anyone can convince me that this "team" will nick 10 points in the games that remain.
Sorry for being such a negative bastard but, yeah..just...sorry ๐. Feeling so fucking low right now.
Ok
Could be. We'll see. I don't really care about the formation as long as the boys goes out and works their socks off.
Looks like a 4-2-3-1?
Well, to be fair, even a piss poor team can get a 2-2 draw against City.
We can't really walk around thinking that the teams around won't pick up points. They will. We have to do our job and pick some ten points from somewhere
Give him a contract until the end of the season, or is our list of 25 ( half of which are injured) full?
Most important thing is to REPLACE Lange
With Spence out, your 100% correct that it won't be that line up
I'm more at a point where I don't think they really know which leg to stand on...so they just diddle-daddle around the office.
Yep. Indeed... And that's what I find really weird.
Agree and even though I shouldn't be surprised it's quite interesting that Lange and co thought that going for a manager that usual plays man-to-man instead of zonal, wouldn't be that big of a deal. It is.
