I thought Bracket 3 was still pretty casual. I didn't realize that you should expect games to end soon after turn 6!

Definite style points there.

I agree. Especially because it does end the game quickly. You aren't locking folks down, then playing another 30 minutes to win.

A Bracket 3 deck has some removal and some card draw, but not likely enough to be able to come up with removal in one turn consistently enough to manage fighting this combo. I appreciate 3 card combo is tough to amass, especially without tutors, but it demands an immediate response.

You can also destroy your tapped insects to create new untapped ones if you need to block a creature. Then you block, before damage, destroy the insect to create a new insect so you still have 30 insects.

Your opponents need creature or enchantment removal in hand or on their next turn.

Probably. If you are mid-game and your opp each have 30 life and 10 toughness worth of creatures, you will have 30 1/1. You can lock out creatures for them (unless hexproof or shroud) then kill each on the following turns. Even if they find removal, there are already 30 1/1's. This is Bracket 4+.

Overcame some issues at work, helped an elderly neighbor shovel their sidewalk, cleared my daughter’s walkway while she was away on vacation, had homemade sourdough bagel for breakfast, homemade black bean soup for lunch, then went to our favourite pub for dinner.

Hangarback is another typical card but Stratus Dancer can be a surprise counterspell.

Trike and Ozolith are obvious, but phasing is a great way to save your creatures from removal, while keeping the counters.
The Sphinx is only good in slower games, but it gets there.

You can run Persist creatures, since you'll be passing out +1/+1 counters like candy. These have been fun in other decks I run.

Activating Grenzo on every player's turn meant a lot of card draw, treasures, and Zombies

When your opponents are playing artifacts that cost 8-10 mana, the Heretic just eliminates players.

6 damage to each creature and player was a massive board wipe and Grenzo returned my board state faster than anyone else to muster.

When an opponent draws 7 cards and has to discard, this is great. When it watches all the creatures on the battlefield die, it is amazing.

Managed a win with Grenzo in a 5-player game last night. New card Teval's Judgment did work! Old card Viashino Heretic took out two opponents! Jaya Ballard's ult with Sangromancer out shoved my life total into the stratosphere and made Treasonous Ogre a mana machine!

If I equip Tempest Hawk with Skateboard, I’m calling him Tony.

Looking forward to some #EDH tonight! I’ve made some minor changes to Grenzo and Thopter 3000 and I’m eager to see how they play out!

I also use a bar shampoo. Given the amount of hair I have, it doesn’t take much!
