It's not a bad idea for executive at companies to do the same. Voice cloning attacks do not stop at home.
For example, if you get a suspicious call from your kids, you may ask them something like "Is this related to what happened this morning?" which they understand as requesting the password. For extra security, make the password response as unrelated to the question requesting it as possible.
