If their names are a reliable indicator, then Pretti'a killers (Jesus Ochoa and Raymundo Gutierrez) both being of Latino descent reveals a disturbing co-optation of Latino people to terrorize their own community. But that's also the kind of horror seen under slavery and Hitler. Disgusting.

When I saw Liam at the Dilley Detention Center, something was clearly wrong. He was lethargic, not eating, and depressed.
