Modern LLMs are good at writing code, but not necessarily at optimizing policy. But you can wrap the LLM in an evolutionary framework, and search for policies. In a new Nof1 paper, we show that we can automatically generate strong trading policies.

finished! this was a good time, loved the main twist on platforming language and the masocore levels were a pleasant surprise. (note that the down key is required for a verb later on, and it didn't work on my xinput d-pad, only the analog stick. that was my only wrinkle in an otherwise rad game)
