I'm considering options now, but I can say that my old work been messed with on a site that COM acquired last year, and that I've been recently exposed to legal issues because of them.

This review has been pulled, and it seems future Videogamer reviews will no longer be on Metacritic now. They say tehy're working through the past archive to determine at what point stuff switched to AI (defo a few more up still). Props to the guys there for very swift action on this front.
