I was in the mood for a disaster film, so watched this for the first time.
Started out well. The build-up to the disaster was really convincing.
Tommy Lee Jones, a star. Anna Heche, the screen presence of those ‘30s Hollywood actresses.
Kinda becomes too melodramatic towards the end, however.
The way Ukraine is going to be a superpower by 2046…

I just thought, you’ve mangled together concepts from totally different cultures and not thought about the words.
People expend so much energy arguing over “Maduro: Good / Bad?” “Khamenei: Good / Bad?” Trump is right for attacking Iran, wrong for doing it, etc.
Yet Trump doesn’t give a shit about any of this. Everything always comes down to: 1) Does it make him money? 2) Does it make him the star of the show?
