Aren't they gorgeous? #Dahlia
Aren't they gorgeous? #Dahlia
I'm EXCITED because I've purchased some gorgeous new #Dahlia tubers. #LavaGlow and another one I can't recall . Might have to restock on #WaltzingMatilda as she's never very strong for me.
I'm a big fan of Egyptian Geese. They make such a weird and comical sound.
Thanks @peterbrash.bsky.social
Not knot?
Are they #Dunlin #Knot &/or #Sanderling? Or a few of each? Anyhow, they were sheltering on a ledge at high tide close enough for me to have a lovely view. #Shoeburyness #Essex
#WinterOlympics #Curling ...why? Answers on a postcard.
My ex is partly Magpie and partly Lame Duck.
I meant to send commiserations for the surgery!
Just a reminder that TRUMP is C U N T.
Lol
#Rain, rain,
enough already.
More than enough.
Wait and eek it out
for when times get tough
Ooh. My fingers are twitching to purchase.
Haha, that's me!
I try to discourage him!
One of my dogs (a young Irish Terrier) is obsessed with the garden birds, especially Pigeons and Doves!
#Spring is on the way. I've got at least one #Crocus in bloom, a #Pulmonaria. #Snowdrops and #Cyclamen quietly dazzle.
Such a cutie! Looks very like the Wrens we see here in the UK.
I treasure the #WinterWildfowl as they cheer up even the darkest days. I'm so lucky to see and hear these beautiful birds every day.
Two tree Island in the Thames Estuary today.Tide was full so fewer birds to spot, however, thousands of Dunlin, lots of Brent Geese, Wigeon , Teal , Ringed Plover etc . Always a treat .
#sunset
#Stiletto #HighHeels I used to wear them, love them. But now i see them as instruments of #misogeny. My feet have been permanently deformed due to wearing them. I thought I was #sexy. But now I'm thinking that comfy feet shouldn't be a sign of femininity.
#Gardening #winter #climatechange . I've had #roses on bloom in December for many years, but never a #clematis! And the #Acacia is about 6 weeks early!
Brave you!!. Reading one of the other comments re bears eating the berries was exciting. I never see birds eating them.
I planted one in my front garden and am always delighted by the "Strawberries" . Apparently they're not poisonous , just taste vile and "unedo" means "only eat one".
Thousands of #BrentGeese in the #ThamesEstuary with skeins across the sky. Huge flock of #Knot or #Dunlin .
Those subtle colours are really special.
I'm supposed to be planting bulbs today!
Whaaaat? Snow? I'm in Hampshire too but it's just horrible rain here !
