Good point. Will investigate, may need to ask owner of package for a solution. For an update where we cannot determine IsInstalled or applicability in some subset of scenarios using WSUS capabilities, would you prefer we left the update out of the catalog completely or keep for cases it does work?
This is the Lenovo Adaptive ICC Profile update. With the limitations for determining applicability with the WSUS schema, this update's install has return codes for cases where the update is not applicable (1 & 2). These are considered "success" so that the update would not continue to be offered.

Seems like some weirdness going on with our CDN which is case sensitive. The first link you listed is how we normally upload the file. I'm surprised all lowercase downloaded anything. We've tried to clear the CDN cache and republish the file. Please see if that first URL is working for you now.

That particular model has a dependency on an Intel ME firmware update which we cannot distribute through the third party catalog. Unfortunately you may have to manually package and deploy the ME FW and BIOS updates to get past this situation.

The IdeaPad products are done by our consumer division & don't implement the enterprise features that our commercial products have. Not aware of way to manage BIOS settings at large scale for them. Driver updates may be available from Windows Update but these models have shorter support life
Only option is System Deployment Boot Mode when you boot pressing F12 to select booting to the network to start your deployment. In your task seq in WinPE you can then run a script to set the password. System is locked back down at first restart. See here: docs.lenovocdrt.com/ref/bios/sdbm/
