Halfway through Lupin Part III now! Really not understanding why everyone says this is the black sheep of the series. It’s pretty inline with Part II so far. Theres definitely been a few duds but I’ve been having a great time! Episode 25 in particular was fantastic.

Not fully scripted. I usually write down a guideline or just points that I want to hit along the way so there’s still structure. There are still scripted portions though, just never the entire video until now.
Working on my first ever fully scripted video and I’m very excited about it. It’s gonna take me a while to finish, but it’s gonna be worth the wait (as long as everything goes well lol)

I vastly prefer reading manga physical, so as long as the series I want to read is attainable and affordable I will more than likely just buy it and read it that way. I just feel that I’m able to engage with what I’m reading easier if I have it physically in my hands. I do read plenty digital though
Manga is my primary hobby so I always carve out a good chunk of time every day to read.
Omg the movies too 😵💫 I didn’t even think about that haha. So much homework to do but it’ll all be worth it so I can do a total deep dive on the whole series in one video. Probably gonna be like a 2 hour long video tho LOL
100% making a video on this, but there’s still a lot of homework I wanna do first. I’d like to learn about the original anime, read Sailor V, and also maybe even just watch all of Crystal. Much to learn before I tackle this subject. I want to be thorough and knowledgeable before I discuss it fully.

It’s easy to see why this series is so iconic and beloved. It’s a really pure and beautiful story that can definitely be rocky at times but it shines bright when it matters most. I had a great time reading this and I’m happy to have finally filled this huge gap in my manga knowledge.

As far as Lupin goes, I’ve been watching the anime slowly with one episode a day for a while (with a long break along the way) and I’m finally nearing the end of Part II which is by far the biggest hurdle. I’m also reading through the original manga rn and it’s been…educational. Part III soon!
I have 2 manga/anime related goals for this year:
1. Read every manga on my shelf so I am no longer a fraud. Every volume of manga I have ever purchased that I haven’t read already will be read this year.
2. Become a Lupin III scholar. I’m fully committing to doing a Lupin deep dive this year.
