Learning about optical flow for some upcoming visual and games work. Has anyone used it or any CV in Unity before? Anything I should look out for as I work with it?

I am the minute target audience for this

I switched to it because other apps would have a slight audio visual delay and it syncs them perfectly. Also records in mkv so if anything happens while recording the file is still intact

I've been doing OBS screen recording -> Davinci Resolve for edits but it's not as fast as I'd like it to be. Used to use Camtasia for ease but it's not free and wasn't as high quality as I'd like
