I could write an essay here, but most elite women's hockey players are still growing up playing with boys. They're coached by men. The toxic culture is learned behavior and any girl/woman in sports knows how to go along in order to get along. At some point, woho players have to unlearn that behavior

The best refutation to grind culture mentality is a gold medal.

It feels sometimes, like people forget how brutal evictions really are. In Minnesota, you only get a 14 day notice before a potential eviction. Your eviction follows you which makes it almost impossible to find housing again and there are very few social safety nets for being unhoused
