I don't know these specific boats so I can't say anything but the reason is almost always an old boat that needs to be disposed of. It's incredibly expensive to deal with a large boat the correct and responsible way (not like they take them at the landfill!)

The italicized phrase "This Is Ridiculous" written in Garamond font, with green lines showing the vertical letters. The lines are not parallel. They intersect! All over the place.
Speaking of italics, here's a reminder: Never use Garamond if your writing includes italics. The italicized verticals, for some reason, were developed via a random-angle generator. So distracting and chaotic. Avoid!

Huge news about Alaska's ranked choice voting!
Having gone through a few elections with it, the ranked choice is usually not a factor. But the open primaries is a massive improvement!
Peltola votes would have to be unexpectedly large in remaining votes and then the ranked choice would need to break in an unusual way. Both are unlikely
