Former curator here. This is why I don’t collect spirits. Don’t get me wrong; I have luxe brandy, good whiskey, etc. But there aren’t enough birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions left in my life to justify saving every bottle. Drink up. Invite friends. Every bottle is meant to be drunk.
