We asked Ukraine for assistance with defense against Iranian drones and Zelenskyy agreed. We then waive sanctions on Russian giving them access to large revenues. Presumably those revenues will help Russia in its war on Ukraine.

Troubling. I remember the general outlines of the 2007/2008 crash and I’m questioning whether the current issue has as much leveraged risk built into it. Between the instruments at the heart of the collapse, and the ridiculous insurance sold against them, I’d be surprised if this issue is as risky.

We are all subjected to mis and disinformation and outright biased reporting, but there are more subtle influences such as what a media outlet chooses to report on. Or the headline and pictures they choose. All these details can exert influence. 2/3
