Yes, if the Supreme Court rules that the president has authority to exclude βall persons of a particular race, or their children,β from citizenship, it means ANYONE for any reason, however petty or racist.
I also have this fear, as most international adoptees are POC. The Trump administration has made it clear that they believe America is for white Americans.
It's truly horrific for these international adoptees. Most are afraid to speak up. They have no retroactive form and no appeals process. And the Adoptee Citizenship Act (ACA) still hasn't been passed!

I was laid off from Teen Vogue this week, alongside multiple other phenomenal team members.
At our Summit, I was asked how it felt to be 1 of 2 Black women left and what that meant for representation. Now, there are no Black women at Teen Vogue and that is incredibly painful to think about.
