Regardless, all I can say is, as a person who HATES pvp in that sort of game, I had pleanty of fun with it when it first came out. Avoided PVP zones, played all the way up to the deep dunes which is where PVP is unavoidable, then quit and still got about 60hrs out of it iirc.
