Great point! I was weighing the pros of smaller form factor with the drawbacks of learning curve, etc.. perhaps when I get further down the road and have a truly finalized design I can go this route.

that's the plan! I'd like to incorporate a few more sensors (CO2, Particulate matter at least).
The previous PMS5003 I've bought were defective, so i'll see about getting a new one to demo with.
And then wiring properly so it uses a proper rechargable battery (not my bulky battery pack).

- ESP32-S3 microcontroller
- 1.8β TFT Display
Took about 7 iterations to reduce pixel trailing, eliminate flicker (switched to TFT_eSPI library), & enhance effects.

Ok also this might look cheap as fuck but hot glue is so perfect for holding this in place.
Made this little cavity between layers to hide the esp + wires, magnets to hold enclosed.
(I am open to any better suggestions / recs on how to do this tho)
