Gestational Weight Gain and Pregnancy Outcomes After GLP-1 Receptor Agonist Discontinuation
This cohort study examines gestational weight gain and pregnancy outcomes after glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist discontinuation.
Large retrospective cohort study shows that exposure to GLP-1 RAs before pregnancy results in higher weight gain & more pregnancy complications than no GLP-1 RAs exposure prior to pregnancy - GLP-1 RAs will not be a good solution for women with PCOS desiring fertility jamanetwork.com/journals/jam...
