Gosh I miss just rain and wind for winter!
The house needs better insulation (I think about 10cm - 15cm outside wrapped) and windows/doors need to be done. UFH downstairs but upstairs is radiators which require the higher flow temp. Ohh weather compensation enabled too. All in all hesiamon is awesome (20 bucks vs 700 for panasonic)
Using the main living areas sensors to get a feels like temp and using HA automations dynamically adjusting the flow temp from 35 to 40c for the radiators upstairs. Was thinking of a zigbee TRV alright, but may be no so efficient, low and slow being the aim. COP mean is 3 at the moment
Thanks. This is what I have done thus far. Added a HeishaMon (www.tindie.com/products/the...) Placed 6 temp/humidity sensors around the house (Sonoff Zigbee). The panasonic thermostat, quick to rise to temp, slow to come back down. 2c out all the time.
Ireland prohibits Irish citizens abroad from voting in an election, yet if you are an english citizen, living in Ireland can vote. Malta is the only other country to do this in the EU.
If I was following you on that other platform, but not here, hit me up!
So, I bought a heat pump in September.. a panasonic aquarea H replacing an oil fired central heating system (With 2000ltr of oil stored IN THE HOUSE) - Needless to say I have already "modded" it. Lets see what home assistant can do. Anyone here I know into this crazy shit?
