I’ve been working on a horror novella… well it’s now a novelette. It’s wee. I will probably publish it through my own press because who on earth publishes novelettes. Also working on a fun murder mystery book. I might (might) query for the first time ever. Unless I don’t finish it. Or it’s bad.

Back when my small press published short stories ( we will do again one day) I published work by authors that have gone on to do pretty well. People like Eric LaRocca, Ai Jiang, Gemma Amor, Hailey Piper. That’s pretty cool.

Oh wow, that’s sad. I was such a huge fan of Red Dwarf across the six series he co-wrote. Always kind of hoped he’d pop back to the show at some point. Smoke me a kipper.🫡 www.ganymede.tv/2026/02/rob-...

The weirdest thing about that BAFTA Tourette’s thing is how many people I’ve seen saying ‘how did he even know that word if he’s not racist!!1!’ Yes, it is a mystery indeed.

Reading a book set in England by an English author, and the lead character keeps referring to their flat as an ‘apartment’.

A writing tick i’d like to see less of is when authors use the same word three sentences in a row. So like: ‘It made me feel this. Made me feel that. Made me feel like this other thing, too.’ Starting to grate for some reason.

If I genuinely thought someone was driving at me, I think my first instinct would be to try and jump out the way. Personally. Seems like what you’d do.

Jebus creebus, Linehan has really just gone all in on every unhinged right wing talking point now. (Popped briefly into Twitter, gag, and he smeared briefly across the timeline) What a cunt. To think I once looked up to that guy’s comedy work. And worked with him. Twat.

Current season of the Traitors is not really grabbing as hard as the previous ones, is it? Difficult coming so hot on the heels of the really good celebrity version, but it’s not as gripping as the previous normal seasons.

Finished Stranger Things. Sure, some of the writing was a bit off this season, but I enjoyed it anyway.
