Today the cashier scanned my bag of several collagen sticks as being one collagen stick.
I didn't notice til I got home aside from me wondering why I was charged so little.
But Valiant has some chews in the house now for the cost of 5.99 and a 20 minute walk for me.
So the grocery store by my place has a pick and mix dog treat station thing... Setup like bins with codes and you bag up your treat and write the code on a tag and take it to the cash.
Turns out they have 12" collagen sticks for 5.99 (lowest cost I have found).

The reason mutual aid is not charity is that when you do it, you are not positioning yourself as a benefactor of higher social status. The mutuality is that you recognize people you help are just like you & you know you're part of a whole & the survival of each one benefits the whole.
