There's always a tin of something oaty in the kitchen and these muesli bars are our current favourites. Crunchy, fruity, seedy and nutty, they're also cut with popcorn to avoid being too dense. Now I just need to reverse engineer them and figure out the recipe....

#otd in 1627, chemist Robert Boyle was born in Lismore, Waterford in Ireland. His experiments with the air pump in the 1660s proved the existence of a vacuum. Boyle's Law describes the relationship between the pressure & volume of a gas.
