Proportional representation needs to be in as many state constitutions in those old slave states as we can get. The white majority concede when they have to and retrench when they can, generation after generation. System needs to be designed around them.

This would be FDR level boldness we’re talking about here, but the Republican Party has already shown us that they don’t mind rigging the entire system without our cooperation. Can we discuss?
I think what we’re going to have to do is start a movement to get the Democratic Party to destroy the two party system. People think that we have a two party system, but what they don’t understand is that this system is an emergent effect that comes from a small number of statutory laws.
And that chokepoint I believe is in how the house is apportioned. Now I know what I’m about to say he’s gonna sound far-fetched, but I need somebody like you a lawyer to think about it.
Also, because they’ve corrupted the system, it is now tuned to produce different variants of DJT. What we have to do is find a choke point above the system where we can reset the rules of the game.
But the Republican Party has corrupted so many pieces of the system that it feels like we’re having a fight on all fronts at once and so we are feeling like it’s a death by 1000 cuts.

It would be like resetting a huge part of the system.
Those are things I think we can deal with at the statutory level. If we can get the house, senate and presidency we can do phase I of ending Republican autocracy. Getting the house and senate would give us a ton of leverage in the meantime.
