See if you can find some legacy rye flour and bake some rye bread for me. Modern rye bread is a ghostly echo of what I used to enjoy as a kid. I like a strong rye taste, not the wimpy flavor of today's commercial rye bread. Thanks!

but it's not an instantaneous method. Takes practice. Perhaps weeks of practice. I used to focus on Multnomah Falls imagery. Another method I use is two aspirin before bed. And of course intimacy works too.
I'm amazed that you haven't beaten insomnia yet at your age. There are several methods of quickly falling asleep even with an over active brain that fixates on something and spends hours thinking about it instead of sleep. Google this: "military quick sleep method". I used a similar method years ago
Why don't you write a book?
I should have mentioned that the pilot and plane were based in Yakima and he was a member of the same Lions club I was in. The scientists had almost run out or did run out of film just before it blew.
When the pilot came around the mountain and it blew, they were going ~200 as I recall, and the ash cloud was moving at 300 or so. They drifted south as they high tailed it to the Troutdale airport, landed, went to the bar and laughed at their brush with death as it was touch and go according to him
Sadly I've forgotten the pilots name. But the Stoffel name rings a bell. It was a long time ago.
Hyperbole for sure as 1/4 acre is 10,890 sq ft. Your entire lot is 6,970 sq ft or 0.16 acres. So your back yard is ~0.08 acres. HAH! fun with numbers.
and tried to outrun the blast debris. They were quickly overrun by the 300 MPH ash cloud and he set the plane down at the Troutdale airport. Then went to a bar to regain their composure. I don't recall if they took movies.
A friend of mine contracted with 2 USGS scientists to fly them around Mt. St. Helens. They took something like 10 rolls of pictures before they watched as the volcano blew. The pilot was just coming around the westerly southern portion when it blew. My friend quickly turned southeasterly.
What are Funeral potatoes?
Made a Tamale Pie the other day. Yummy.
Oh, but yes you do. I can attest.
Picture?
Looks a little like my Tamale pie without the tamales or bottom crust.
When my great uncle Frank died a few years ago he'd asked to be cremated and his ashes deposited into his favorite beer stein. Now he's Frank-in-Stein.
I've been folding them into a long strip and pushing them in that little hole where the charger cable goes. Must be 5 in there. Don't see my acct change the balance tho.
High colonic or colon cleanse has been around for thousands of years. It's failure to do anything regarding health has been known for nearly as long.
Another of many reasons why I switched to Brave browser. FF can go fork themselves.
Add a few drops of honey to a jar. It's a well known miracle food even before that. Loaded with all sorts of chemicals that make you taller, better looking, pays your bills, and assures your winning streak at the roulette table. Studies have shown. Reading it on the internet makes it true.
Good looking spread tho.
Those celery sticks should be filled with peanut butter not ultra processed cheese wiz.
Too late.
You don't live in a very high humidity area of the country (most of the southern states) or near the seashore where morning ocean mist hovers over town like an intrusive blanket. So, that's why. To prevent moisture laden air to intrude into the workings and gum them up.
Now that is a lunch!

I have used Ubuntu since 2014? or so and though it has a learning curve, I've not had to do anything about malware or viruses since. Saved hundreds on software, have all the twins to MS software anyone could want but free. There's even an app called Wine that will run Win stuff
