I have to LOL at the "he is just a nice guy" a bit, here, because I know all of his backstory and lore. 🤣

Carver might be TRYING to be a decent person, now, wanting to make up for his past and live happily-ever-after with Rowan. But he has a very violent history, and is still a bit of a menace. 🤫

Yeah, that's not a great sign.

Sometimes I see your photos of him and I'm like "He's a good-looking guy, just a bit more lean than I generally prefer."
But then I see your video clips of him in motion and think "Oh! I ABSOLUTELY get the appeal!" He has a casually confident grace to how he moves that's captivating.

My cat calls it "Snug Time."

Well, that's how I interpret what she's saying when she yells at me from the bedroom doorway to come in and lay down to pet her. 😅

For Rowan, yes, sex is a Big Deal. He needs a romantic connection with his partners. It can still be Fun, but it has Importance.
For Milo it's Important, too, but he's still discovering things about himself.

Rowan's complexion is also pale enough that sunscreen is a must-wear outdoors, but he happens to be out in the sun much more than Colby, so still has a noticeable tan line.

Carver was raised mostly in Italy, so a skimpier thong-cut brief is pretty normal beachwear for him.

For Milo a basic speedo works fine.

Rowan plays soccer, though, so he runs outside a lot to stay in shape. So a pair of short running shorts as he jogs through the local park most days makes sense.

My thinking is that Colby's the only one who displays himself naked for others, so he makes an effort to stay "evened out" with no tan lines. And his complexion is pale enough that he doesn't go out in the sun without heavy sunscreen.

My other guys? It's just what they wear at the local beach.

LOL I didn't used to do them. 🤣
I really only started adding tan lines to break up the larger blocks of skin, because too much of all one color gets kind of boring after a while.
Of course then I had to imagine what everybody might wear when they go tanning. And it's rarely basketball shorts. 😘

I think you're right that Simplicity IS part of the appeal of it. But more than DOUBLING the performance of my other recent pics' worth of "Appealing?"

But they're, you know... SKETCHES.

Doing double my usual numbers seems weird to me.

Like, I did a ton of sketches for Posevember, too, but Casper never got half the ❤️s this has.
...Except for The Pancake Incident™, but that pic was fully finished. 🤷‍♂️

I'd been struggling with Art for weeks, so didn't have anything else ready for Friday. (I'm lying. I have ONE spare atm. 🤫)
But that one was sitting in my files and I went "Well, it's Good Enough™. It'll just be an Off Week."

So... yeah. I did NOT expect it to be doing double my usual numbers. 😶

Huh. To my eye it just reads as "half ̶a̶s̶s̶e̶d̶ done."
I sketched, but did not Ink, so only half of the "linework."
I added Flats and a Local Color pass, but didn't render any lighting/shadows, so only did half of the "coloring."

Actual answers would be appreciated because right now I'm just befuddled. 🤦‍♂️
