The Golden Age of So Much Winning.
A president can be removed for misuse of the public treasury. That's fraud and thievery and has nothing to do with his job of serving the American People. He only has immunity for actions done in the service of the people. Any state should be able to bring criminal charges against him for misuse of public funds, paid into the treasury by that state, and charge him with misconduct, and fraud of that state's taxpayers.
