This is a great article but doesn’t include solutions so here’s one: build your community by engaging in activities that help people experience joy. It’s hard to feel nothing when you see someone else’s eyes light up with happiness. For me this is nature education work. What is it for you?

This is an issue I deal with as well. My body anxiety shows up as sweat. I remind myself to breathe, which helps a bit, but if I continue to sweat I tell folks I am comfortable with, “I’m fine, my body anxiety just doesn’t realize it”, and that actually helps even more.
We gave books for Christmas one year. Sat in Barnes & Noble for hours carefully choosing books that aligned with their interests. No one appreciated it. Some even scoffed. That was the last year we gave gifts for Christmas.
