I’m reading Immigration Wars: Forging an American Solution by Jeb Bush and Clint Bolick. I am not politically aligned with them at all, but a lot of what they propose is actually a lot better than current conditions. But they argue to let states have more authority, leading to madness like this.

Came here to mention the designer collabs (including the likes of Liberty of London! Lilly Pulitzer! Mossimo!), which, as a result of their destroying the brand as you mentioned, are a thing of the past. No good designer would take the risk of working with them now.
