this week I started back walking again and my god how I have missed moving my body. I’m looking forward to getting more active and getting stronger through walking, Pilates, and Muay Thai!

It's really important to understand that empathy is NOT convenient. It is NOT always comfortable, if ever. It is vital for discernment. It IS important, especially when someone vocalizes their pain. Lean into being curious and UNDERSTAND them before pointing a finger at them.
