I ordered a handmade silver bracelet for my daughter earlier this year from NY, and the Etsy seller looked up shipping costs it was almost as much as the bracelet and she couldn’t believe the cost. I guess for the silver? But the tariffs didn’t end up being applied.. so I’m not sure what’s going on
