But it doesn't account for the credit we're owed from renewing our lease (because the previous management company ran a promo we qualified for before it was bought by the new management company and new management didn't honor it) and it doesn't make things right when I tried fixing this a month ago.
I'm at my fucking wit's end. No one is fixing the sprinklers. No one is fixing the water damage. No one is answering our messages. No one is calling me back. All we have is a property-wide email saying "We know things are weird with the utility bill pay. We're working on it. Just pay manually."
When I realized this at the end of January, I contacted the property four fucking times before getting an answer of "I'll look into it" and we paid the outstanding bill regardless. I sent another four inquiries AND tried calling the office and still haven't gotten answers. Now we have more late fees

When the new management company took over, a ton of issues with accounting resulted in us having outstanding bills that I didn't know about because, when I lost my fucking job, I kinda just relied on AutoPay while I got my shit together.
I admit I prefer recording in-studio to remote, simply because I can focus harder on acting and also since I work from home 99% of the time, I really need human interaction.
Even then, I think anyone with access to a broadcast-quality setup should be able to work remotely for any studio they wish.
For fuck's sake, just hire a celebrity impersonator. Did they go extinct or something? Did Frank Caliendo die and I didn't get the memo?
