Interestingly, in Loper Bright vs Raimondo, the conservative majority on SCOTUS ruled just last year that the judiciary can in fact overrule regulatory decisions made by the executive branch especially when those decisions are not specified by Congress.

We need a Democratic Party that has a spine and will do what is needed to stand up to Trump. Sadly, I'm not seeing such a Party today.
I absolutely love how quickly Canadians started placing signs in their businesses to discourage customers from buying any American products and I also love how Prime Minister Justin Trudeau specifically targeted Red States in retaliation. I love you Canada, I’m rooting for you.
