Looking up the digital release date for All You Need Is Kill and as usual, Google screws the pooch.
Their EA show really resonated with me. I've been on a Split Enz deep dive all week since then, and also nabbed two tickets for their Wellington show. I would have sincere regrets if I didn't catch this show, as it'll surely be expanded upon. At EA they only had a little over an hour or something.
Makes me want to rewatch In The Valley of Elah. Great film.
Rewatching No Country For Old Men and sort of reminded of how similar the outcome is with the Coen bros other crime thriller Fargo. In Fargo the lead happens upon the crime scene almost by accident, and in NCFOM Tommy Lee Jones ultimately solves nothing. Great movies with unusual endings.
