It could be QSAT getting confused (try rebooting the game & seeing if it still does it), but also it could be that the modder has accidentally inputted the rig wrong and it just hasn't been caught on testing. My own pose mods sometimes have 150-200 rigs in them and I miss stuff like this sometimes 🙈
