With more and more open source projects switching to some sort of commercial licensing model with discounts for small business and community projects, the question keeps coming up: is a 100% discount the same as "free"?

Seriously folks - watch this - it is very good.

Evolving event driven systems is certainly non trivial and should be considered up-front. All the harder when you expose your events and have either an explicit or implicit contract to support the prior versions.
