NEW: Despite being back on Royal engagements this week, Queen Camilla has pulled out of tonight’s Royal Variety Performance on medical advice. Buckingham Palace source says she is still recovering from her viral infection and doctors don’t want her to overdo it.

Beth was adopted by the Queen along with Bluebell Camilla is Patron of Battersea.
She’d often bring the dogs on engagements - once Beth unveiled a plaque after a sausage was hidden in the chord…
