Ono se o tom dál v textu píše. Vzhledem k tomu, že to je článek do novin, ne na odborný server, nechtěl jsem tuhle možnost zbytečně zdůrazňovat - ale možná jsem měl.

Because Hungary was member of Warsaw pact in 1985, and the idea of Budapest deciding someone's NATO membership (neutral Sweden's least of all) was plainly surreal.
I should add that in 1985 I knew about ten English words. So I probably wouldn't have thought of anything.

Hm. Panem et ludus je můj obor ještě méně než ta AI, to mě mrzí, že to vidíš takhle, ale tím spíš je správné vypadnout z toho.

S přednáškami na téma AI (s výjimkou těch již přislíbených) končím. Pominula překotná a přechodná doba, kdy to (snad) mělo smysl, teď už je opravdových expertů k dispozici dost a žurnalisté nemusí vyplňovat mezeru. – Byla to mimochodem pěkná zkušenost, ale lehce absurdní.

Velmi zdvořile vás žádám, nechte toho. Napřed jsem to bral jako vtip, tohle už vtipné není. Máme národní tragédii, pro mnoho lidí je víra a modlitba nejúčinnější útěchou, kromě toho jsou Vánoce. Chováte se velice necitlivě. Díky za zamyšlení a pochopení.
