The one thing I actively dislike is the run back to the boss room but it's not been overly bad so far.

Alright! I actually dropped to the "medium" difficulty on the new update which actually feels pretty good to me. Just finished the Moonlight town area and took the carriage to the cathedral area, so will see how it goes.
"the man" doesn't keep you down anymore. now they have a machine that does that for them
βwhy are u posting this ridiculous stuff instead of focusing on the real issuesβ sir i am a red panda in a darth suit
Alright, thanks for the info! I think I'll give it a shot and see how I like it.
Post to the subreddit r/AskHistorians: What was navigation like for vehicle drivers in the United States before the internet and GPS? Before GPS devices and smartphones/cellular internet networks were a thing (Garmin company was founded 1989), millions of Americans were already getting around driving without the use of those inventions. How did they navigate? Did everyone need stacks of maps? Were drivers frequently lost? Did everyone have to understand the interstate system and use intuition to guide them? How burdensome was driving before GPS? Did drivers pay people to calculate an optimal route for them?

How hard is Lies of P for people who are not into Elden Ring/Dark Souls? I like the aesthetics of Lies Of P, and it's on sale right now on PSN, thinking of getting it.
(I have played and beaten Sekiro, btw, but somehow that felt... easier than ER/DS)
Let me know if you would like a list of things to do to get it working on your domain, I wrote it down somewhere for reference. Should be able to dig it up.
I moved over to Fastmail quite a while back, is a much better experience. Would recommend it, plus you can use your own domain too.
Honestly I have felt this way about every FromSoft game. They are games that I would "love to like" but I just can't get into them.
It's not a souls-like problem because I have played other games (like Jedi FO and Survivor) that I have really enjoyed.
Power point slide with a corgi in a gilt frame in the right corner. The slide reads βNo children. No husband. I want to live all by myself. I want to come home from my self rewarding job and have everything exactly where I left it. And no GROSS children.β
my 14yo made a power point of what she wants her future to look like and this is my favorite slide
Ok this is necroing an old post but I am glad I waited: www.eurogamer.net/ten-years-af...
Would you happen to have played it on the Deck, by any chance? Am thinking of playing it on there, not sure what the experience is like
Oh this looks interesting! Picked it up, going to give it a shot!
Professional soccer player holding up a new sports shoe. The shoe is dark beige, the base pink, then green. It looks like a sandwich with tomatoes and lettuce
All I saw was sandwich for at least 15 seconds
Photo of a tabby and white shorthaired cat lying on a pink plaid fleece blanket. Her toe beans are splayed out and they are pink and black.
Just when I think Iβve worked with the most unprofessional models in this industry we hit a new low - this lady didnβt even bother wearing matching toe beans to the shoot. I meanβ¦ ???
man, yeah, Elon has a beer belly in that photo but can we please go beyond fat jokes when talking about the most evil men on this planet for FUCK'S SAKE
Me: everything on my computer works great. I'm very happy with my system exactly as it is.
Tech companies: But what if ... it was different
Hugo the tabby cat, balancing on his hind legs on a window sill. His front paws are both reaching to the sky in a "put 'em up" "praise you" style. He is of course trying to murder me.
It's okay everyone.
I have great news.
I have done it.
I present to you ...
The greatest cat photo ever.
At what point do we start calling Americans who start moving to other countries refugees instead of expats π€

I once worked on a visual novel game where all the surveys and focus groups said that nobody wanted romance, they only wanted mystery and sci-fi.
Then 75+% of clicks in-game went to stories with explicit romantic or sexy themes.

www.protondb.com is great for checking game compatibility.
I've been using Bazzite as a daily driver for the last 3-4 months. It's been great, so much better than Windows.
Not a good choice if you want to be on the latest hardware (driver support lags) and multiplayer games (anti-cheat typically unsupported) but everything else works well.
A hand holding a PS5 copy of like a dragon: pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. Goro majima is dressed like a pirate and holding a cutlass on the cover.
LETS GO!!

Oh wow. Maybe I should just skip this one and go straight to POE2 since it has a Turn based option.
Yeah, this is kind of why I stopped playing it too. I love the world and where the story was going, but the combat mechanics just did not work for me.
