That's awesome! Yes, I usually schedule 3 weeks off from studio shoots if I'm getting marked up (just to be safe), but film my own content or cam between ๐
Its different for everyone, but for me these marks specifically were mostly gone after 10 days and completely by 14 ๐
Usually the ones on my butt are the fastest to recover, my boobs are usually the last

Yesterday, I participated in the Phoenix Summit Challenge! 7 summits, 23 miles, over 5700ft of elevation.
It was tough, but lots of fun and I can't wait to do it again next year!
