Not a poem, but lyrics to Every Day is a Struggle by Senses Fail. I never stopped vibing to them, but they are certainly the mood for me lately.

This is the urgency I devour in writing. This is trans rage exemplified. This is the tone the world forced on us. These are the words our people scream into the wind.

You ever struggle to discern if a line you wrote is actually cooking or just baffling? Is it a failing on my part that I can't tell the difference?
At this point science is just screaming these facts into the void that is US (and more broadly right wing) ignorance. Like offering a glass of water to the thirsty and they continue drinking antifreeze instead.

You cannot reform a disease. Either you kill it, or it will kill you. You either carve it out completely and incinerate it, or any part of it left behind will spread again. Allowing it to stay endangers everybody.
There is no possibility of reform. Abolition and prosecution is the bare minimum.
When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty.
Cannot recommend enough for fellow trans poets to check out and look for submission opportunities with this publication. Ori has been nothing but a pleasure to work with, and the work featured is so potent. Also, a very aesthetically pleasing website, which is always a plus to me.

Reading "A Pack of Seeds" by Ori Diskett. The ideas presented feel like putting words to the unnamed. I imagine most poets worry about what we take from other poets, but this piece finds a beautiful view of that process.

Two gorgeous works. "Deeply Infiltrative" and it's succinct exploration of the discrimination trans people face in the pursuit of healthcare is so loud. We fight and die seeking treatment. This line resonates, radiates:
