Lunch/dinner tonight. Lettuce, pepper jack cheese, and buffalo deli sliced chicken. With a spicy mayo dipping sauce. It is probably my signature go to dinner on most nights. This time it's in a wrap, still grilled in a George forman, instead of slices of bread for a panini
